What do we collect?
Epicelves.com does not ask for your name, email address, postal address or payment details. We do not set our own cookies and currently use no web analytics or advertising pixels. If you pick a language with the NL / EN switch, your browser stores that choice locally so the site can open in that language next time. This is functional storage only and is never used for tracking.
Our hosting provider Cloudflare may process technical request data to keep the site secure and available, such as an IP address, browser type and request time. That processing is also covered by Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
What happens at bol.com?
When you click a purchase button, you leave this website and go to bol.com. Bol processes your order, payment, delivery, account information and any return. Bol.com’s privacy terms apply there.
Email contact
If you email us, we use your message and contact information only to answer your question and meet any legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask which personal data we hold about you, or request correction or deletion. Email eowyn@epicelves.com to do so. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
If the website later adds analytics, forms or other data processing, we will update this page before those features go live.
